About AmpRack
The PDU specialist inside a PCBA factory
AmpRack is the rack-power brand of a manufacturing company that started by building its own control boards — and never gave up the habit. Today every unit is metered to ±1%, burned-in for up to 72 hours and boxed under the same roof, by the same team that places the metering chips.
The road here
From PCBA line to AI platform
The company grew in layers, not leaps — each stage kept the one before it. That board-level origin is why the firmware, the metering front-end and even the factory test scripts are specified in-house instead of bought in.
The PCBA line
It started with metering and control boards for power equipment: SMT placement, AOI and wave soldering, long before a complete PDU was ever boxed. That front-end is still where every AmpRack board is born.
Full PDU assembly
Board know-how grew into whole units. Four assembly lines now build 1U horizontal and 0U vertical rack PDUs — from IEC 60309 input cords through to 48-position locking C13/C19 outlet groups.
The calibration lab
A dedicated bench area where every metering unit is trimmed against a reference source until the ±1% billing-grade figure survives an auditor's questions — and a per-unit record is written.
The AI platform
Second-level telemetry from the installed base now trains anomaly-detection and capacity-forecasting models, packaged as the AI Rack Power line for racks heading toward 40-120kW.

One roof, one answer chain
Engineers answer, engineers decide
Because design, SMT, assembly and test share one site, a question about a metering profile reaches the engineer who owns that bench — not a trading desk that forwards it onward. Technical replies land within 48 hours, and configured prototypes run through the pilot line in 3-7 days.
The same proximity shows up after delivery: firmware fixes and drawing changes move in days because the people who approve them can walk to the line. See where the hardware is made in the factory tour, and how each unit is proven in the quality system.
What we stand behind
Four numbers we attach records to
Anyone can print a datasheet. These are the figures AmpRack ties to serial-traced test records — so your auditor, not just your procurement team, can verify them.
