42-cabinet colocation retrofit — Southeast Asia
Industry: colocation / multi-tenant data center.
Requirement: tenant invoices defensible down to the outlet, without touching upstream feeds or re-paneling the row.
Solution: 42 × 1U outlet-metered PDUs, 24 × C13 each, with 15-minute kWh settlement freezes polled over SNMP into the operator's existing DCIM.
Result: 1,008 individually metered outlets at ±1% A / ±2% kWh — invoicing now runs on polled data, and the retrofit needed zero feed upgrades.

Industry: edge computing / retail micro data centers.
Requirement: recover hung devices at sites with no staff on the door, without paying $600-1,200 per truck roll.
Solution: 60 × switched PDUs with per-outlet relays, 0-999s programmable sequencing and daisy-chaining at 8 units per IP.
Result: 1,440 outlets remotely switchable from the NOC — typical recovery fell from a same-day van roll to a sub-2-minute command.

Industry: crypto mining / HPC.
Requirement: per-rig power accountability in a business where electricity is 75-85% of opex, plus remote restarts for stuck hashboards.
Solution: 0U vertical three-phase 63A WYE units delivering up to 36kW per container, per-outlet kWh metering with switching on every position.
Result: every rig metered and restartable from the ops dashboard — per-container power cost reconciled nightly against a $0.07-0.08/kWh break-even.

Industry: broadcast / media production.
Requirement: ordered startup for 200+ devices — residual current of 0.75mA per unit stacks toward 150mA across a rig — and proof every outlet is live before air.
Solution: switched PDUs with grouped sequencing at staggered 0-999s delays, surge-tolerant outlet banks and per-outlet status readback over SNMP.
Result: 12 racks power up in ordered stages from one command, pre-air checks confirm outlet states from the gallery — and no inrush breaker trips across the first 90 days on air.
