A quotation is only as specific as the brief. Each line below is one field of the request; skipping one of them means a question comes back instead of a price.

Who reads the brief
The brief goes to an engineer, not a mailbox
The four lines land with whoever writes the specification sheet, so the reply names the parameters rather than a catalogue number. Where a brief conflicts with itself, the reply says which line has to give. Alternative configuration requests are read the same way.

Four steps to a priced line

Outlet combination, current per feed, metering depth and switching need. A photograph, a drawing or a physical sample is accepted instead of a written list.

Outlet rank, breaker rating, conductor cross-section and meter register are written into a specification sheet, one row per parameter.

Any line that cannot be settled from the brief comes back as a named question with the options and their effect, not as a general request for more detail.
