The technical pack, in English
Documents are issued per line, not per brand: the parameters of the unit you are buying, on paper, with the revision that matches what was built. Five document types cover specification, mounting, metering and commissioning.

Document to parameter
Which document answers which question
A quotation names the line; these documents prove it. Each row below pairs the question an engineer or an installer asks with the document that answers it.
| Question | Document | What it carries |
|---|---|---|
| What exactly is on this line | Per-line specification sheet | Outlet mix, current per feed, breaker rating, conductor cross-section, metering depth |
| Will it fit the cabinet | Outline drawings | Chassis length, panel cut-out, bracket set, mounting orientation, cable entry |
| How do I read the meter | Meter register map | Register addresses for current, voltage, power and energy, with scale and unit |
| What does the log contain | Event log layout | Fields recorded per event, capacity of 20,000 entries, RTC behaviour through power loss |
| Where do the ports sit | Position table | Ethernet and RS485 positions, indicator positions, breaker and outlet numbering |
| What was tested | Electrical test record | Continuity, insulation resistance and function, recorded for every unit |

Documents, each carrying its own revision marker
The pack is issued per line and per build. Two requests that look identical can produce two different sheets: one outlet count, one current per feed and one metering depth is enough to change every row. Buyers who need drawings for a cabinet that is not yet on site can request the outline set on its own.

Request to document
Four steps from request to paper
-
Name the line
A model reference, a previous line number, or the four-line brief. Any of the three is enough to locate the build record.
Evidence: line identified against the build record -
Select the documents
Specification sheet, outline drawings, meter register map, event log layout and position table are each requested separately, so a short request gets a short reply.
Evidence: document list confirmed with the request -
Check the revision
The document revision is checked against the unit as built. Where a parameter changed after the drawing was issued, the change is listed rather than folded in silently.
Evidence: revision marker and change list -
Issue
Documents are issued in English, with the person named who can answer questions on the line.
Evidence: named contact for the line

Name the line, get the paper
Send the model reference or the four-line brief, and say which documents you need. The specification sheet and the outline drawings usually answer the question without a call.
Document requests are answered within 12 business hours. Issued in English, with the revision that matches the unit as built.
