Configured OEM
Your outlet mix, cords, lengths, metering profile and firmware branding on a proven electrical platform. Engineering reviews every drawing with you before the pilot line runs.
Full ODM
A new BOM and board layout with a certification path for your target markets. 45-90 days of runway buys a product competitors cannot quote off the shelf.

The process
From brief to loading bay
Requirements brief
You send the six-point brief: mounting form, input feed, rating, outlet count, plug type, function set. Deliverable: a written spec sheet both sides sign off.
Engineering review & quote
We map the brief to a platform or a custom BOM and flag certification needs. Deliverable: drawings plus a line-item FOB quotation.
Pilot sample
The pilot line builds your configuration, typically in 3-7 days. Deliverable: a sample kit carrying the same test records mass production will.
Sample sign-off
You bench-test and confirm, or request drawing changes; firmware branding is reviewed on a live unit. Deliverable: a frozen revision and a batch schedule.
Mass production & test
The full run passes 100% calibration, function, hipot and burn-in on the main lines. Deliverable: serial-traced test records for the whole batch.
Shipment & aftercare
Cartons per your artwork, handed off FOB, CIF or DDP as agreed. Deliverable: packing list, certificate copies on request and firmware update support.
