Privacy Policy
What we collect
The inquiry form on this site collects only what you type into it: name, email address, company, country, product interest and your project message. If you email us instead, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically the same fields plus your signature block.
Server-side, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, timestamps, user agent) for security and abuse prevention. We run no advertising trackers and sell no traffic data.
How we use it
Contact data is used to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and coordinate samples or orders — that is the entire list. We share it with no one except the logistics or certification partners directly involved in fulfilling your order, and only for that purpose.
OEM projects may add your logo artwork and branding files to this set; those files are stored against your order number and are not reused anywhere else.
Retention, cookies & your rights
Inquiry records are kept while a project is active and for a reasonable commercial period afterward. Ask us to delete them and we will, subject to obligations on open orders. The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies; only strictly technical storage by the hosting provider may apply.
To inspect, correct or delete your data, email sales@ems-pdu.com — we answer within 48 hours, as with any inquiry.

Terms of Sale & Use
Quotations & orders
Quotations are prepared FOB (Ningbo or Shanghai) unless another trade term is stated, and remain valid for 30 days from issue — component markets move. An order starts on our written order confirmation plus the standard T/T 30% deposit with the balance before shipment; L/C terms are negotiated per contract.
Lead times quoted at confirmation assume a frozen drawing; changes after the freeze restart the affected production stages.
Samples & warranty
Samples are billed at single-unit pricing plus freight and ship in 3-7 days for standard configurations. Every production unit carries a 24-month warranty from bill-of-lading date against defects in materials and workmanship; extended terms are written into volume and service-stock contracts.
The warranty excludes misuse, unauthorized repair and operation outside the environmental ratings on the datasheet.

Datasheets, plug charts and guides on this site are provided for engineering evaluation. Specifications can change without notice; the datasheet revision confirmed with your quotation is the binding one. Nothing on this site constitutes legal or certification advice for your deployment.
These terms are governed by the law of the AmpRack sales entity's jurisdiction; disputes are settled first by discussion, then by arbitration at a mutually agreed venue. Email sales@ems-pdu.com for entity-level contract details.
