The table is a starting point, not a cage: colocations routinely mix outlet-metered rows with switched service racks, and mining operators often standardize on one 63A three-phase SKU to simplify spares. What matters is that the metering grade matches who needs the data — facilities, finance, or the tenant — and that the switching grade matches who is allowed to touch the load.
