Laboratory and test rack
Instrument the bench, not the room
A test rack changes configuration weekly, so the measurement has to sit at the outlet rather than at the room panel. Per-outlet metering reports at +/-1% with a 0.1A step, and the ambient sensor covers -30°C to 100°C at 1°C resolution on the same reporting line.
Per-outlet measurement
One reading per bench position
In a laboratory the question is rarely what the room drew. It is what one bench position drew during one test campaign, and whether the ambient drifted while the campaign ran. Per-outlet metering answers the first; the ambient sensor answers the second on the same line.

Parameters a test campaign is run against
Laboratory line sheet
A test rack is planned around resolution, not around capacity. Every row below is the step or the limit the unit reports at, taken from the specification sheet rather than rounded for presentation.
| Parameter | Value | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Metering accuracy | +/-1% | Current, voltage and power |
| Metering depth | Per outlet | Reading per bench position |
| Current scale | 0.1A | +/-1% + 1 digit |
| Voltage scale, meter | 1V | Meter window 90V ~ 350V |
| Energy register | 1 grade, 0.1 kWh | Billing-grade total energy |
| Ambient temperature | -30°C ~ 100°C | 1°C resolution |
| Relative humidity | 1% ~ 99% | Same reporting line as temperature |
| Outlet rating | 10A ~ 16A | Per group, IEC C13 and C19 |
| Working voltage | 110V ~ 250V AC | Bench supply |
| Working frequency | 50Hz ~ 60Hz | Both nominal supplies |
| Event storage | 20,000 | Built-in RTC, held through power loss |
A bench campaign is usually reconstructed after it finishes, which is why the log depth and the clock matter as much as the accuracy. A reading without a timestamp is an anecdote; 20,000 timestamped entries held through a power interruption are evidence.
Ambient and humidity sit on the same register map as current and energy, so one poll ties an electrical reading to the enclosure condition it was taken in.Test bench

Readings a bench campaign leaves behind
Each cell is one register group on the reporting line. On a test rack the step is the point: a 0.1A reading shows what a 1A reading hides.
-
Outlet current 0.1A Per outlet, +/-1% + 1 digit. Low current on a bench still resolves at this step.
-
Voltage 1V Bench supply 110V ~ 250V AC, meter window 90V ~ 350V.
-
Power +/-1% Active power on the same sampling as current and voltage, not a second meter.
-
Energy 0.1 kWh 1 grade register. A short campaign still registers above the step.
-
Ambient -30°C ~ 100°C 1°C resolution, humidity 1% ~ 99% on the same line.
